We bake our old fashion gingerbread to meet orders daily, we typically take fresh baked items from Monday to ship directly to our online customers, this ensures the freshest possible products once shipped. If for any reason you receive product that is not satisfactory, please contact us by email so we can help resolve the issue.

Although we sell fresh baked products, Customers can freeze these planks and get great results when thawed. 2 Options,
1st option, take planks out day before you are ready to serve them.
2nd option, take planks out of the freezer, remove from bag, place on microwave safe dish, and microwave for approximately 1 minute (varies due to microwave power) and they are ready to serve.
